    Prince of the Eastern Province today sponsors the 2019 Jobs Fair

    Al-Khalidi: More than 4500 jobs will be offered to men, women, and people with special needs​

    His Royal Highness Prince Saud bin Nayef bin Abdulaziz, Prince of the Eastern Province, is sponsoring for the sixth year in a row the functions of the 2019 Jobs Fair, organized by Asharqia Chamber on the land of Dhahran Expo, during the period from 14 to 17 October 2019 with the participation of a large number of companies and institutions concerned with resettlement, training, ​and Saudization, on the ground shows Dhahran.​

    The Chairman of Asharqia Chamber, Abdul Hakim bin Hamad Al-Ammar Al-Khaldi, appreciated the patronage of His Highness the Prince of the region and considered the exhibition an important step to support the national transformation project in the Kingdom's Vision 2030.

    Al-Khaldi explained that the exhibition witnessed a large turnout by companies and commercial institutions with the active and positive participation of many companies and agencies concerned with the issues of resettlements and training, where 114 companies and institutions and government agencies participate in the activities of the exhibition, stressing the government participation in this edition, which reflects the importance of the exhibition Supporting the development of human resources .. Referring to the participation of: Ministry of Labor and Social Development, and the Human Resources Development Fund (Hadaf), with special suites for each facility offering public services to the public.​

     Al-Khaldi said that the exhibition, which is held annually, aims first: to support the efforts of resettlement in the private sector, where it offers a large number of jobs with multiple options for job seekers, amounted to more than 4500 jobs, and secondly: highlighting the role of the business sector in attracting national talent and third: providing Employment opportunities for Saudi youth, and fourth: Achieving communication between the various agencies concerned with training, employment and human resources management. Thus creating an atmosphere of professional awareness and upgrading the concept of professional culture among job seekers and job seekers alike.​​

    Al-Khaldi said that companies and institutions offer various job opportunities for young men and women job seekers and special jobs exposed to people with special needs, pointing out that a number of opportunities will be offered in specializations (engineering, administrative, medical, technical, sales, and other specialties).
    There are 3462 jobs for men, 1079 for women and 109 for special needs​.
    The beneficiaries of the exhibition are required to register in advance through the electronic platform for pre-registration in the exhibition. This feature enables the job applicant to enter directly to the exhibition and tour between companies and institutions exhibiting jobs without having to bring the CV or print or photocopy it to paper copies to apply. All the information in the CV will be present in advance on the electronic platform associated with all exhibitors.​
    Al-Khaldi pointed out that the early registration service means that all the information of job applicants will be within the database of participating companies directly, which enables them to choose competencies and communicate with them directly without the need to deal with paperwork.
    For his part, Secretary-General of the Chamber Abdulrahman bin Abdullah Al-Wabel said that the exhibition will receive visitors on two periods starting on Monday, 14 October (for youth) in the morning from 10.30 am to 2 pm, and in the evening from 4 pm to 8 pm, and on Tuesday 15 October (for youth) in the morning from 10 am to 2 pm, and in the evening from 4 pm to 8 pm, and on Wednesday 16 October (for youth) in the morning from 10 am to 2 pm, and in the evening from 4 pm to 8 pm​.
    The exhibition also receives visitors from (families) on Thursday, 17 October in the morning from 10 am to 2 pm, and in the evening from 4 pm to 8 pm.
